We are happy to reveal the first development key art for our feature film "Heart Land."

It was created by Chris Sanchez, the graphic designer behind such amazing title sequences as HBO's "Game of Thrones," "Spiderman 3" and "Rock n Rolla!"

As many of you know, "Heart Land" is the brutal allegory of a group of children in Middle America struggling to survive in the wake of a zombie apocalypse.  It is influenced by both "Lord of the Flies" and "Peter Pan" as well as the long tradition of zombie movies from "Night of the Living Dead" to "28 Days Later."

While most people in New York were battening down the hatches for Hurricane Irene, we decided it was the perfect time to film the music video for “By Love So Bound,” a song composed and performed by the very talented Rick Warren.  So we grabbed some cameras and drove around the streets of Manhattan as the Hurricane pounded us with rain.

This time it's from physicists Dave and Bob Madore over at Necropology.com.  They've devoted their lives to the scientific study of the undead so they definitely know their stuff when it comes to zombies and the films that feature them!

Delfine Paolini as Mikael in "Les Enfants Du Ciel"

The French television project, "Les Enfants Du Ciel" continues to move forward.  Negotiations with French television companies continue, headed up by producer Xavier Laurent and 3M in France and producer Delfine Paolini and CAA in the US.

HEART LAND is a feature film written by Matthew A. Collins, and produced by Delfine Paolini, Chris Carlone and Miranda Sajdak.  Matthew will also direct.

Logline: HEART LAND is the brutal allegory of a group of children in Middle America struggling to survive in the wake of a zombie apocalypse.  It has been called "Lord of the Flies" meets "28 Days Later."

Currently the production team is preparing to shoot a teaser trailer for the film, to give investors and press a taste of the visual style of the film.  The teaser will film in November 2011, just outside of Madison, WI.

Also, Center Mass Studios is in the process of recruiting some high-end artists to adapt the film's script into a graphic novel with an interesting sub-plot, diverting from the main story...
